Women in Cold Chain

The purpose of the Women in Cold Chain (WiCC) initiative is to encourage female School leavers and University Graduates, as well as Women from other sectors to consider exploring a career in the temperature-controlled storage and distribution industry, which is traditionally very male dominated.

Inspirational Woman of the Year Award

Inspirational Woman of the Year 2025: If you know someone in the temperature-controlled supply chain that deserves to win this prestigious award, please send us an email to info@womenincoldchain.com with your nomination. The winner will be announced at the 2025 TCS&D Awards Dinner on the 9th September at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, NEC.
